Rudlin & Crick mention 'i Constanti' and 'i Affezionati' but give no dates or data. They have a section on the Dediosi but are refering to the Desiosi.

1566 [no date, this is a best guess] Four person troupe composed of a Dottore, his servant Burattino, a Florentine called Il Toscano, and a tumbling girl who elicits erotic responses from her acrobatic gyrations.      
1567 Luigi Rogna of Mantua writes letters describing comedies by 'The Gratiani" performing in various castles. Leone de' Sommi requests ten-year licence to open a hall in Mantua for the performance of comedies for all willing to buy tickets.  
1568 Feb - Commedia all'improvviso in Trausnitz in honor of wedding, performed by: Orlando di Lasso, Giovan Battista Scolari, Massimo Troiano, Don Carlo Livizzano, Giorgio Dori, and the Marchesa di Malaspina.
They played il Magnifico Pantalone dei Bisignosi, Zanni Polidoro, Don Diego Mendozzo (Spanish amaroso), Camilla-courtesan, and several servants including a French one. Lasso was Pantalone, and also played the lute and sang a lament.
(12 Mar) Comedy performed in Ferrara lasting 5 hours. Luigi Rogna reports the Jews in Mantua are preparing a comedy Giovanni Taborino's troupe plays in Linz on the Danube.

1570 A troupe of Italian commedians are in Paris, and they are truly Bestial, but the king likes them and pays them 45 scudi/week.
1571 Letter written to Queen Elizabeth by Lord Buckhust that he and the Duke of Nevers saw Italian comedians perform a comedy in the Hotel de Nevers. (1572) Fortunio applies for licence to perform comedies in Milan and is denied.
1572 Frescoes begun of actual Commedia performances at Castle Trausnitz in Bavaria Troupe of Soldini (eleven actors) in service to Charles IX & Henri III through 1578 Troupe of Anton Maria (nine actors) in service to Charles IX & Henri III through 1578.

Drusiano Martinelli forms his troupe. His 19 year old brother Tristano is a comic and acrobat

1577 Troupe of Estense Coutiers, in Ferrara: prologue-Tasso, Ercolino Tassoni-innamorato, Barbara Senseverino-innamorata, Alfonso II d'Este-the Tedesco, Cornelio Bentivoglio-the innkeeper, Anna Bendidio-Franceschina, Il Pignino-Pantalone, Leonora Sanvitale-Graziano, Don Alfonso-Francatrippa, Giulio Thiene-Bravo Il Mosca, Isabella Bentivoglio-mother of innamorata, Lucrezia Bentivoglio-mother's servant.     The company of Drusiano Martinelli performs in London. There is indication that Italian comedians accompanied Queen Elizabeth on her summer travels.
1578 Uniti in Ferrara and Urbino, This was a troupe without much fixed membership, but which usually had some stars from other troupes. [Note 22 Feb Bernardo Canigani says he saw a 7-hour comedy in Ferrara, and it wasn't very good.] Soldini's troupe goes to Vienna

1580 Uniti in Bergame; New Troupe in Ferrara lacks Pantalone and innamorato. The women sing pleasingly to the lute, and youths dance saltare. Vincenzo Ganzaga has commanded Leone Ebreo to prepare a comedy for his wedding. Troupes Italiennes à Paris

1583 Vittoria Piissimi and Adriano Valerini in the troupe temporarily. Mantua- Bernardino Pina's comedy "Gli inguisti sdegni" being prepared by Leone de' Sommi, Pietro Canal, and Giaches de Wert Angelica Albirigi {Alberghini) requests exclusive rights for her troupe to perform at Carnival in Mantua this year.
1584 Uniti in Ferrare, Reggio, Emilia, Mantoue;
Pedrolino says He and Uniti have formed a new troupe, and wants permission to perform in Mantua. Cast: Pedrolino, Bertolino, Magnifico, Gratiano, Lutio, Captain Cardone, Flaminio, Battista da Treviso, Franceschina, Giulia Brolo, Isabella, Giovanni Donato, and Grillo.
Vincenzo Gonzaga asks Aurelio Pomponazzi to send Lodovico de' Bianchi (Graziano) to Mantua to perform with Diana's troupe. Lod. wants Giulio Pasquati (Pantalone) to go with him. Milan, Leone de' Somme's Troupe calls themselves Universita degli Ebrei, the play was well received.
1585 Uniti chassés de Mantoue Desiosi inMantoue, Diana Ponte is Capicomico. Mantuan court payment record for a big key, a false beard, and a nose for Lione Ebrei Pirro Malvezzi was commanded to write a scenario [che io facessi opera] for three comedians: Marc Antonio Galbiati, Giacomo Ponsini, and Giovan Paolo Fabbri. The last says this is a plot by an enemy of their troupe.

1588   Desiosi in Rome as an all-male troupe [Pope's orders] Mantua - The Ebrei are the l'Universita degli Hebrei, lead by Leone de Sommi. They can't perform on Jewish holidays. They buy/rent costumes from Gelosi.

1590 Comedian Andreazzo Graziano refuses to go to Rome with Diana Ponti's (Desiosi) troupe. He disappears.

Bologna- Licence granted to Giovanni Gabrielli to perform comedies montar in banco. Bologna- Licence granted to comedian Fortunato & Co to perform in square montar in banco to sell wares.
